Trauma & Widom

The entire game of our shared reality is based on paradoxes. There is an endless amount of them out there, and the whole purpose is to discover how to have fun while exploring various paradoxes in our experience of shared reality.

A couple of days ago, I had this sudden realization in my own self about a deeper understanding of a very interesting paradox: the entanglement between suffering and evolution itself.

"If you were not traumatized, you would not be able to share your resources" was this simple idea that passed through my mind and made me wonder. This is some trippy paradox I am not sure I fully understand yet.

What if our capacity to share, to connect, to empathize is born directly from our wounds? Have you ever noticed how those who have suffered deeply often possess the most profound ability to recognize and respond to suffering in others?

Until now, I was almost certain about the absurdity and uselessness of suffering. I guess this is why my suffering was even more painful (lol). It made sense in my head before I wrote it. Now I see how sometimes the mind makes no sense at all.

Suffering is definitely optional and not at all mandatory to experience or to enjoy life.

Suffering is a deeply personal choice. And it's not a random choice. And it is certainly not absurd.

The process of trauma (and its reintegration) is one of the strategies our consciousness uses to master itself freely in relationship to a specific context, vibration or space.

Trauma is a very powerful and omnipresent tool that is used to create a proper energetic distribution and valorization of the resources in the larger system.

If our physical reality is an illusion and we are purely vibrational beings, the only way we can actually communicate with each other is through energy. If we want to share something with another being made of energy, we need to be able to transmit a signal inside a specific context, space, or vibrational field where this specific frequency can be experienced and processed.

Trauma is what makes us become "solid" and have a physical body, or just to be able to be perceived as such by other beings.

Your body and your appearance simply indicate where you are exactly on the endless fractal of collective consciousness right now. It is like a cosmic GPS to describe the positioning or the coordinates of your unique light source in the collective field of awareness.

Your body is just a mirror that perfectly describes the state of your consciousness in the present moment and its possible location(s) in the shared web of the multiverses you inhabit.

Once you understand how to properly decode the original frequencies based on the physical bodies, objects, and environments (or spaces) in a conscious way, you can actually learn how to metamorphose both with your own will: your physical environment and the appearance of your body.

When you truly comprehend how matter, energy, and information are all interconnected into a coherent whole that includes the entire visible and invisible reality, your consciousness can take any form or formless shape, and it can move freely to any space-time reality you desire.

Yes.

If you want, you can time and space travel only with the help of your conscious awareness. I am not talking here about astral projections or deep meditative states when you think you are on another planet.

I am literally talking about teleporting your physical body, or any matter, to another location, or time, or both in the collective field of our shared reality.

Something is impossible only until it's done.

And teleportation has already been done. Many times and in many places. The only question that still remains for the majority of us is how exactly was it done and can we all learn how to do it too?

...

Ok, let me stop here for a second. How exactly and why did we end up talking about teleportation while contemplating the paradox of trauma and wisdom?

You already know the answer. Not mentally, but you can feel and sense it inside.

To be able to teleport safely and skillfully, you need to be completely liberated from all the fear in your own consciousness. The only thing that still keeps you in fear is trauma.

If you were not traumatized, you would have already left this reality a long time ago.

What aspects of your life feel "solid" and unchangeable? Could these be the very points where trauma has crystallized your experience? What would it mean to allow the apparent solidity of your reality to become fluid once again?

But you can't. There is a trauma in the form of a fear that keeps you attached to this particular fragment of space-time continuum. To escape this reality, you need to transcend the fear that keeps you under its protection.

The very process of the conscious transcendence of your fears is exactly what allows you to comprehend the codes behind the matrix to be able to play freely with them and modify them as you wish.

If fear was never created in your system or if we were never traumatized, you would simply not know the actual mechanics and dynamics of how to transform and transmute matter into energy and vice versa.

You would not be able to shape-shift or teleport without consciously understanding the process of how it's actually done. And in order for you to learn this process, you have no choice but go through the cycle of forgetting and remembering.

This is how you actually build intelligence. To have new forms of intelligence, you first need to have some form of wisdom. And wisdom always comes from experience and not from simple knowledge.

There are books that can make you look smart, but there are no books out there to teach you wisdom. This is your job, and only you can know what exactly it means and how you are supposed to create intelligence out of your own lived and experienced wisdom.

What wounds have become wisdom in your life? What experiences that once felt like pure suffering have transformed into understanding you couldn't have gained any other way? In what ways has your trauma become your teacher?

If you disconnect what you believe is true in your head and what your body already knows as truth, or if those two realities are incoherent or in conflict with each other, you will never be able to gain true freedom over your consciousness or reclaim your authentic powers of unlimited creation.

Inner alignment and harmony between mind, heart, and body are mandatory to properly master the transition phase between a particle and wave, and the other way around, the wave into particle.

Yes, they are already both simultaneously no matter what, but you need to be able to control the physical expression you want to give to a specific frequency, and you also need to know how to deconstruct matter into its vibrational counterpart as well.

Basically, you need to know how to make yourself go from a solid form to pure energy field and how to recreate matter from any vibration to be able to become solid or physical again.

A being made of pure light has zero trauma attached to it. If they have zero trauma for real, they cannot have a physical body anymore. They become invisible and imperceptible to the field.

They would indeed be like God, omnipresent, everywhere all at once and completely free of multidimensional movement in a timeless way.

But they would most likely get bored very fast as well without a body, so they would choose some sort of costume to be able to play the game of life as well.

To play the game, you need to become a particle that has mass, and you need a simulation of reality to fully believe yourself in your role.

You basically choose both the costume and the environment where you want to play your game. But you really need to believe in it to have any fun playing. When you know the cake you eat is just space and vibration, you might enjoy eating it way less. But this also applies to everything else as well.

When you are just a frequency in the endless multidimensional field of interconnected vibrations, you are everything and nothing at the same time. You cannot really experience anything. You are the entire experience yourself.

The concept of both the observer and the observed collapses completely when you are in a state of pure awareness. There is no more reality and no more you to experience that reality. You and reality become the exact same thing.

If you are for real beyond all illusions, in the ultimate truth of all things, that actually means you already don't exist.

To exist, you need to choose at least one divine lie. At least one separation. At least one veil of illusion. At least one rupture. At least one trauma.

No matter what it is, the concept of separation or disconnect is actually a mandatory aspect in the divine construct to be able to experience reality as we currently do.

If there are no more veils of illusion at all, we will all just be the same consciousness without any differentiation at all. Just an endless sea of fully interconnected awareness. It's like being water in the same water, surrounded only by water, forever.

It's just stillness and silence and nothing more.

This is what being a pure frequency actually means. It means non-existence.

Can you live in a complete fantasy by believing you exist, when you actually don't?

Yes. We all, to some extent, live in this kind of fantasy. We have created it together to make ourselves believe we exist as separate beings in a tangible world to be able to experience reality in some way.

If literally nothing is separate from me, I am reality itself. This would actually make the entire existence unreal; the truth would be a simple void of nothingness full of endless unmanifested potentials, but without any specific forms or any defined shape.

To be able to experience anything, there must be at least one separation. To create an observer of any kind, we need to separate their consciousness from what they would be observing, reality.

The original split between the observer and the observed is what makes the experience of a reality or the concept of life even possible.

If we are all One in the form of a singular consciousness and nothing more, we will officially and instantly exit the wheel of our collective suffering, but this would also mean that we will self-destroy everything around us, including ourselves at the same time.

We will all become a point of shared and unique singularity. A bit like in the concept of the big bang, or genesis, where apparently nothing existed except the mind that decided to split itself in two parts to play with its own self. This split created the necessary illusion of separation or differentiation so consciousness can observe something that is not itself and be able to believe in it.

Have you ever experienced moments of complete unity and dissolution of boundaries? What happened to your sense of "self" in those instances? Could it be that we instinctively resist such dissolution because something in us knows that complete unity would end the game of existence as we know it?

Differently put, consciousness needed to lie to its own self about being separate from the whole in order to have any fun or be able to experience something. The concept of forgetting who we are is the only possible way to create a tangible reality or a physical form to be experienced.

Without trauma, there is no forgetting. Without forgetting, there is nothing to remember. No contractions. No tensions. No resistance. No veils to lift. There is nowhere to go. Nothing to be or to become. Nothing to pull you out of eternal stillness.

There is no movement, no time, and no space at all in that instant when you remember the whole truth for real.

As soon as you remember it all, you would probably want to forget again, at least some parts of it. You will want to play a new game where you believe you still exist. You will invent a new lie to tell to your own self just to get out of the state of nothingness. You will get inside a different illusion, reality, or experience.

No matter who you are, at some point, you will purposefully seek separation and disconnect from your own self just to exist, to feel, to be, and to experience being fully alive, to have a body and to continue to be able to play endless games of conscious evolution with other parts of you, of us, of the world, of the universe, of everything that has forgotten who they are.

...

Ultimately, fear, death, and suffering are all illusions and self-lies. But without us forgetting it and believing those concepts to be somehow true, we would not be able to exist in the form we currently are.

This being said, your mind is a wonderful and amazing tool. It is super flexible, malleable, and versatile. And it is actually you who does the programming and the changes in your thinking processes or beliefs. So, in theory, if you know how, you can actually decide what kind of reconnections and disconnections you need to make in your own beliefs to make you experience reality exactly like you want it to be.

If you can master your mind with real flexibility, know how to willingly build and skillfully transform your own systems of beliefs, and you can establish a wholistic coherence with what you observe externally and how you feel internally, you can remember how to consciously master your abilities to teleport and to shape-shift yourself.

You have already done this. You have jumped many times, most of it without even realizing this is what you were doing or why. This is exactly what has traumatized you to this extent until now.

You needed to forget this power to be able to comprehend how exactly it works in this particular space-time reality. Being severely wounded by your own abilities made you achieve this, walk the path of remembering in your current body to learn how the process actually works to be able to explain it and teach it to others.

The fact that you knew naturally, intuitively, and instinctively how to do it does not give you the tools and the resources to be able to explain this to others or to be able to teach how it is actually done and why it works the way it does. This is why you have chosen to forget by using the strategy of trauma creation in your own consciousness.

So, you are on the path of healing to mainly remember what you already know to be able to transmit it to others more easily, more clearly, and more efficiently. You are discovering and mastering the path of your own eternal remembering and forgetting dance.

This is a complex and systemic trauma you have consciously and purposefully chosen to experience.

This is exactly the knowledge you forgot, separated yourself from, and got scared of. You did this mainly because you wanted to remember even more, to create, and to experience authentic and conscious mastery of your own powers and abilities in your current physical form no matter what space-time reality you find yourself in.

And so we return to our original paradox: "If you were not traumatized, you would not be able to share your resources." Perhaps trauma is not just about forgetting our unlimited nature, but also about creating the necessary conditions for connection and sharing. Our wounds become doorways through which we can reach one another. Our limitations become the very means by which we learn to give and receive.

In this light, could trauma be seen not as a mistake or a failure, but as a sacred technology of consciousness—one that enables the sharing, connection, and evolution that make this human journey meaningful? What if our deepest wounds are actually portals to our greatest gifts?

How might you relate differently to your own trauma if you saw it not as something to merely overcome, but as the very catalyst that enables you to share your unique resources with the world? What if the areas where you've been most broken are precisely where your light can shine through most powerfully for others?

The paradox remains eternal: in limitation, we find freedom; in forgetting, we discover remembrance; in separation, we experience connection; and in trauma, we uncover the capacity to share the very resources that healing brings forth in us.

Perhaps this is the cosmic dance of consciousness—continuously fragmenting and unifying, forgetting and remembering, wounding and healing—all in service of the never-ending exploration of what it means to exist.
