Inner System of the Self

What is the authentic quality of the relationship I have with myself? If I were in a long-term relationship with my own self, what would be the current challenges in our life-long partnership?
What are the power dynamics that various parts of me use to fight and compete for my attention and energy? If there is one, who is the actual 'boss' in my inner system? How is the decision process actually made, and who is accountable for what?
If various parts of me formed a coherent whole, what would be our collective function or purpose? What would be our team vision and philosophy, and how exactly would we co-create a coherent reality we all want together?
...
In previous reflections, we have explored various aspects and examples of how systemic thinking could be applied in our business affairs or in our family dynamics.
We have attempted to better understand how various micro and macro systems interact together, the role of intimacy and power in our relationships with others, and the importance of contributing coherently to the systems that support our life and further human evolution on this planet.
Today, I would like to go deeper into the concept of the Inner System. If I consider the inner system to be my own unique and amazing self, what would that look like?
...
Some people consider themselves as a whole already. I am One and Only.
When they talk about themselves, they consider only one part of them, the singularity of an individualized and holistically integrated persona.
They also often assume that they are coherent and logical in the system exactly as they are already. And if they are unhappy or unhealthy, but what they consider their inner self to be is perfect in their eyes, it must be the problem of the system or someone else.
If you are a truly holistically integrated and self-realized being, you will probably not be spending your time reading this right now. And if my inner system were One Single Whole already, I would also probably not be writing all of this either.
I don't know about you, but in my inner system, we are still many. What I consider myself to be is actually quite a complex constellation of different parts of me.
Some of my parts I deeply like and cherish, others not so much. Some I still hide, and others have probably been seen too much already. Some make me proud, and some make me feel deeply ashamed and scared of my own self.
Some, I am not even fully aware I have them or I just don't know how to show them to the world or even to myself sometimes. I numb. I reject. I repress.
Sometimes, I also have parts in me that I actually don't know for sure belong to me. I feel things and think thoughts that do not seem to be attached to any of the parts in me or my own personal experience. It's like random lost parts that come and go through the forest of my inner system and consciousness.
Are they me? Are they part of my personal inner system? Am I responsible and accountable for them if I feel them or think about them?
Where do I begin, and where do I end?
...
The truth is: your Inner System is probably as complex and sophisticated as our collective planet-wide Macro system. It all depends on how deeply you want to experience and know yourself and how much courage you have to see and accept unconditionally who you truly are.
One of the simplest ways to discover more of yourself is to start seeing your inner world as a hypercomplex system.
When you better understand how different parts of you and your inner realities are interconnected in a systemic way inside your own consciousness, you naturally comprehend the complexity of the world you live in and even how our collective consciousness truly works.
What are the different parts of you?
This will depend on what exactly you are working on and what kind of dynamics or mechanics you try to understand about your inner reality. You could fragment your being into an endless quantity of parts if you want. More parts mean more complexity. More complexity means more intimacy, more depth, and more wisdom.
More complexity also could mean a higher risk of neurological disorders, mental health issues, and more intense and confusing emotions or physical sensations in the body.
So we need to be very careful about how many fragmented 'parts' we are comfortable working with simultaneously without dysregulating our nervous system or re-traumatizing ourselves.
If it makes you too anxious or confused to realize that you might have multiple independent 'personalities' living inside your inner system, it's probably not a good idea for you to go too deep into the systemic studies of your personal psychology or real holistic self-integration work just yet. You should probably deal with your anxiety and your confusion first.
If you feel okay to play with the idea that various parts are interacting together inside your inner system already and you would like to be able to see it more clearly in a systems thinking way, you could start by considering something very simple.
You can imagine that you are made of 3 different parts: your mind, your heart, and your body.
You don't need to develop a personality disorder to understand that sometimes you make decisions based on what your mind believes, and sometimes it's based on what you feel in your heart or in your gut. And, sometimes, your body just does stuff without any proper consent or command from your heart or your head.
In most cases, when you act from your heart or from your mind, you are different. You don't experience your reality the same, and the people around you don't experience you the same either. You are different. People around you are different. Both your inner system and our macro system shape-shift drastically depending on whether you experience your reality from the heart or from the head.
So, we could say you have your mental part, your emotional part, and your animalistic instincts body part as various interdependent aspects of who you are.
Most people will repress and hide their animalistic body-driven instincts because they believe they are more 'evolved' or superior to their bodies and its inner wisdom. And most will also have an endless inner conflict between their mind and their heart.
Should I listen to what is rational and logical, or should I surrender to what I feel inside and what magnetizes me in this moment?
The forever unwinding question.
Ideally, you would always think, feel, and act in complete coherence with all of them simultaneously: your mind, your heart, and your body. It should be the real win-win-win situation.
When you experience this kind of inner coherence, you actually have no more thoughts inside your mind; it's complete silence most of the time. Any thoughts your mind produces become an instant creation and manifestation in the shared reality.
You still feel all the possible and even impossible emotions in the state of ultimate coherence, but none of them are truly scary, too uncomfortable, or suffering for you.
When you attain a perfect coherence of your inner system, your body moves effortlessly in space. You don't actually need to use any force or energy to be in action or in any movement. There is no discipline or motivation required, and there is no such thing as being 'tired' or 'sick.'
When you are in complete coherence with your own self, you experience pure vitality of body and spirit. You create instantly the reality you want to experience, and you have all the energy you desire to do pretty much anything you wish.
In a state of pure systemic coherence, we can instantly regenerate and even resuscitate our physical bodies. And yes, we can actually start talking about true immortality here. But to get to this point, you need to know yourself very deeply and very intimately first.
And, actually not only yourself, to be honest. If you are truly interested in the immortality of your physical body, you need to be highly intimate and extremely coherent with the entire macro system of our shared reality. Your individual consciousness must become the collective one.
I am not talking here about transhumanism or brain-memory artificial transplants. Those are primitive and very inefficient technologies. They cost too much energy and too much money. It makes no sense to pursue this innovation alley pushed by technocrats for our successful collective evolution. Transhumanism is not our evolution. It is actually the path to our exponential destruction and regression in collective wisdom.
A technology created by a corrupted and wounded man will never be able to compete with the intelligence of Nature and the wisdom of your own inner Self.
I am seriously talking about the regeneration and holistic healing of our physical bodies by the power of our own minds and the wisdom of the consciousness we already have inside of us and in the shared field of the planet Earth.
We don't die because it's a part of life or nature; we die because we fail to evolve our consciousness further in our current physical form.
If you are really serious and curious about true human evolution and you have the courage to go really deep in the consciousness exploration, there is no reason for you to die anytime soon. So, you might choose not to do that and live for as long as you wish, if this is something that interests you for some reason.
...
Obviously, the level of coherence you can establish in your Inner System depends on the quality of your relationships and interactions with the Outer System. This is why if you want to live forever, others need to believe it is worth it to see you around forever as well. If your outer system doesn't want you to live any longer, no matter how good of a master you are of your inner system, you will die.
So, no, you will never be able to create holistic and meaningful systemic coherence in your personal consciousness or inner system without being coherent with the exterior macro system of the whole and the totality of our collective consciousness.
This being said, the quality of your inner system and your personal consciousness will also define how many people actually want to be in an authentic relationship with you and help you become even more intimate with our collective consciousness.
So yes, it is the paradox of evolution. It's the complete interdependence of your inner system with our shared and deeply interconnected reality of the whole.
The more coherent and efficient your inner system is, the more you can contribute something unique and meaningful to the outer system and to something bigger than you.
If the outer system likes your contribution and enjoys what you bring to the shared table, you will be provided with all the needed resources and energy to ensure your timeless and joyful survival.
If what you do, feel, and think does not regenerate or nurture our collective system, you will eventually be deprived of the physical, emotional, and mental resources coming from the macro system that are required for you to further thrive and evolve in this world.
