Systemic energetic coherence is mandatory and essential if we want to consciously increase our collective awareness or access our unlimited power to co-create a shared reality we all want and need.

One very curious and quite disturbing systemic relationship I observe in the collective field is the link between our 'spiritual' experiences and our mental health.

Most of the 'crazy' people I personally met are actually talking about very deep mystic processes at the level of our collective consciousness. They just don't know how to express this or talk about it without making us believe they are completely broken and forever mentally ill. They don't have the language we understand, and we don't have what it takes to truly feel and see what they actually experience as confusion or suffering.

Many people with all kinds of mental disorders and imbalances are actually highly sensitive and spiritually 'woke' beings.

Many having had real deep transcending moments at the level of collective consciousness or successful quantum leaps will indeed have many signs and symptoms of mental illness. It can become very severe if we don't understand what is actually happening and why.

All the planes of existence are interconnected and have a direct impact on each other.

If you perform any kind of action in the etheric/energy realm of reality, it has an impact on all the other planes and bodies: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This is true no matter which action you perform or in what plane of existence you do your magic. No matter where you are in the field, what you think, feel, and do has an impact on everything else.

I will not talk about all the possible interdependencies between each realm or plane of existence and how it all works together just yet. But, I do want to focus for a minute on one specific connection: the link between energy and mind.

The interdependence between our inner mystical or 'spiritual' experiences and our holistic mental health.

Everything is energy. True.

But.

It's not about the quality of energetic vibration or access to higher frequencies. It's about the systemic coherence of the efficient and safe distribution of the energetic charge in the totality of the unified field and collective consciousness.

When you truly understand how your inner system functions, it is very easy to understand why one might become 'crazy' when they start playing and manipulating energy with no consideration for other aspects of their life or when they start having access to 'higher' spiritual planes of existence for some reason.

The systemic imbalance, incoherent distribution of awareness, and inconsistent energetic density in their personal system make them go crazy and severely mentally disturbed, not their actual 'spiritual' experience, awakening, or energy 'work'.

You need to see your personal being as a multidimensional and deeply interconnected hypercomplex system of many various things, textures, and qualities.

You are a mathematical function that is distributed along the entire field of collective consciousness.

Who you are and what you do actually depend on how you distribute your own energetic potential between different planes of existence and how well you master their interdependencies with each other to create a coherent whole.

F(x) = matter(ax) + energy(bx) + emotions(cx) + thoughts(dx) + mystery (where x=You)

Each of the variables (matter, energy, emotions, and thoughts) and each coefficient (a, b, c, d) will define who you are, what you look like, and what you can do.

For example, if ( a = 0 ), this would mean you took all your energy from the physical plane of existence and now are probably something more like a ghost. If your physical body doesn't have access to your conscious awareness and energy, you are probably already dead.

If ( c = 0 ), you are probably an apathetic psychopath that does not have any access to the emotional plane anymore. You might be very strong and smart, but you will be a complete asshole and literally dead in your heart.

If ( d = 0 ), you are an innocent fool. Which is amazing. Your mind is empty and all the energy you have is serving you to have an amazing time instead of overthinking a bunch of stuff that you actually don't really care about that much.

If all your energy is in your body and in your emotions with a stable, properly operating brain that does not actually require any energy to function, you will probably become the happiest and most hilarious person on Earth.

You will have no thoughts at all on your mind and you simply would not care to have this otherwise.

This is why being stupidly naïve is a divine bliss.

The very unpleasant potential risk with the function of You is actually about the Energy and the 'b' element in that formula.

This is true especially in the moments when you play with Energy and Mystery at the same time.

When you figure out how to access an unlimited energy source in your own system, you can literally alter and change the mathematical function of you in any way, pattern, or combination possible.

You can change your body, your emotions, and your thoughts at will if you know how to access and manipulate the energy and how to appropriately distribute its charge in the totality of your multidimensional system and our shared reality.

The problems arise when the person brings all their inner awareness into the energetic realm of coexistence, but they have no idea how to appropriately distribute this new electric charge in their personal system without burning themselves or others.

Imagine you are an electric car. You usually charge with the normal electric tension of, let's say, 220 volts. You are built and wired to process safely the electric current of limited potential and power.

And now imagine, out of the blue, you are plugged into an electric source giving you a current of 1000 volts.

What do you think will happen to your car in that moment?

It will burn and destroy your entire car.

You will need the time and the wisdom to fix it and upgrade it if you still want to plug yourself into 'high' frequency electric currents after that.

The same thing happens in your personal system.

If you play too much with energy and its very 'high' voltages without actually understanding what it does to other aspects of who you are, you will create unconscious imbalances in your entire system.

The first to actually react will be your mind.

If your inner system is under the danger of electrical surcharge that might harm you or your survival, your mind will go completely wild, very powerful, and very fast. Your mind will do anything it can to protect you and to preserve the integrity of your being in all the spaces and dimensions of your current existence.

This is why the higher you fly on the energy-spiritual wave without an integrated systemic awareness, the more 'crazy' and even dangerous your mind might become.

Your mind is the safety net for all the explorations you do in the invisible or purely energetic realm of reality.

If you don't have the mental capacity and appropriate tools for efficient self-mastery in the shared consciousness field, but you start openly accessing the data and energy in there randomly, you most likely will develop some kind of mental incoherence in your system.

The higher the energetic surtension you get compared to the current operational performance in your personal system, the more severe the mental disorders you might experience will potentially become.

You literally play with fire if you think you can fix anything by energy only.

You are also creating a very inefficient and dangerous inner mechanics if you dissociate in any way from your mind.

If you think the mind is your enemy or is completely broken in some way, you will end up suffering greatly.

If you think it should shut up or is meant to be transcended in some way, you are making yourself very vulnerable and fragile, and not only mentally, but also emotionally and physically.

This is why you should never dissociate your 'spiritual' or energy explorations from your actual mind and its authentic capacities and abilities for processing and coherent integration.

This is why you need to always make sure you already have what it takes in your head and you also need to develop a fair mastery of your own thinking flexibility and freedom before you start playing with real high-frequency energy in your personal reality.

You actually do need to become 'smart' and very 'mental' before becoming truly spiritual or energetically powerful.
