Phases of Life

If we oversimplify to the extreme the phases of life, we could say that there are three main processes each one of us will most likely go through one way or another: Birth, Life, and Death. Some will go through this cycle multiple times. Some of us might experience them without actually leaving our physical bodies.

Also, if you are reading this, you are most likely in the second phase of your life right now. This being said, you will also most likely experience the other phases of life indirectly or through other people at different stages of your human evolution.

No matter who you are and where you live, we actually deeply share our experiences in each of these phases, and we somehow can all recognize and deeply feel each other in each of them.

The main phases are:

1. Arrival (Birth)

2. In Between (Actual Life)

3. Departure (Death)

The problem is that some people believe Birth and Death are momentary events. We write the time of birth and time of death on our papers and that is what we remember—the big day of birth or death.

But.

Both of these things are very long processes. They are not singular or random events. Both of these things are deeply interconnected to your life, and you are always in the processes of birth and death.

You actually decide both of these things and even their details. It's not one single decision. It's a sum of each one of the choices you have made until now; all of that is programming other cycles of your life.

All of what you think, feel, and do is somehow related to the future choices you will have when you consciously go through the process of your own birth and death.

The level of your consciousness and its degree of integration in your physical body will define if you will be able to stay in your body during the death process or if you will choose to leave it behind.

You decide if for the next stage of your evolution you keep your current body form or, for some reason, decide to physically 'die' and choose a new costume to continue the ride.

...

You might not realize this fully yet, but you actually have the ultimate choice and decision on both: birth and death.

Now, I never said the choice would be obvious or easy.

Most likely, you might have a very hard time identifying how exactly you have chosen your birth, your parents, and why, or why you might decide to die. The way to make those decisions is very unique to you, but most of the time, you make sure to completely forget why you have made such choices.

It's the mystery you create for your own self. Your birth and your death are both meant to be understood by you during your lifetime. If you fail to solve the mystery and integrate the lessons of why you have decided to be born, nothing bad will actually happen.

You might die without knowing and you will continue your path of evolution here or elsewhere. And, at some point, you might get it. You might laugh your heart out when you truly see it, and after you will simply continue your own personal path of evolution like nothing happened.

Or, if you are really good at solving the enigmas and mysteries you create for your own self, you might manage to 'die' without leaving your physical body and reprogram your next cycle of birth consciously and with complete awareness of yourself.

So, in a sense, it is true that you could give birth to your own self during your lifetime. And you can actually do it multiple times. If you really like conscious evolution and you really love your current physical form, you can potentially live a few lives in one. You can die and be born a few times without leaving your actual physical form if this is something you wish and want to experience.

Once again, it sounds simple and, to be honest, it actually is astonishingly simple and straightforward. But, it's extremely hard and complex to do. It's very challenging and it takes a lot of time, patience, and self-awareness to appropriately master the process of birth and death and be able to actually survive.

Why?

Because of its fragility. Both birth and death are the most fragile and the deepest 'work' you do on your own consciousness.

If you don't master your conscious awareness and unconditionally accept and surrender to your unconscious during those key processes, you risk losing very valuable and meaningful parts of you. When you realize what you might be losing in order for you to be born again, you might get scared and you might choose something different.

You always have a choice.

If you lose too much of what you want to keep here, you will prefer to change the costume and the decor to continue traveling elsewhere, so you might choose to leave your body too.

But, there is another way.

If you consciously understand what is happening, in what kind of process you currently are, you have tools, and you are completely aware of why you have chosen to start a new cycle of life, you can do virtually whatever you want.

You can keep your body or you can leave. You can become something else or you might never come back here.

If you master your conscious awareness of the birth-death process in your own life experience, you will be presented with more and more interesting choices of how you want to experience your adventure next. In what form and under which conditions.

...

The problem is, we talk a lot about various ways of living a conscious life and we create many tools to become more aware of this stage of life. But, both birth and death are very unconscious and misunderstood processes at the collective level.

We all somehow seem to think we are born and we die by complete randomness and the magic of life. We put a huge taboo, endless judgments, and plenty of prejudices on both of them, but in reality, we are just completely naive and blind to what they actually are.

We are just completely unaware and unconscious of how it actually works.

And we seem to not want to understand it fully either. Maybe there is a good reason for that too.

This being said, if you really want to be a conscious being and live a self-aware life, you actually do need to include both birth and death as part of your human experiences too.

...

We think children are too young to understand anything and we believe that our elders are too old to understand us.

In both cases, we could not be more wrong.

The level of consciousness kids and near-dying people have will never equal the quality of awareness you have during your adult life.

The children have the complete openness and flexibility of their energetic fields and etheric bodies. Their consciousness and its skillful mastery are beyond what you can imagine is possible. All kids are energy magicians and wizards, they are just not yet able to show you all of that in the body they don't fully control or understand yet.

The elders are not usually as 'open', fast, creative, and 'skillful' as kids are with their conscious awareness, but they have the wisdom of lifelong experience!

And the wisdom is priceless.

An elder has the embodied form of consciousness. It's the structure and stability. It's about protection and the big picture. They see the cycles and patterns in a way you will never be able to.

It's not flexible or open what they share, but it gives you the depth, the grounding, and the actual truth of what it is like to embody yourself fully and live a life with it. What they share with you is more than just words or past memories. Energetically, they actually give the most stable, integrated, digested, and highest quality 'knowledge' and wisdom possible.

The value of the contribution the elders have to our society is limitless if we truly understand what they are trying to share with us.

We think what they provide is not 'modern' enough, but what we don't realize is that what they are actually telling us is what our children are not yet able to.

If we learn how to appropriately and truly listen to the wisdom of our elders, we actually might create a reality our kids truly desire and want to experience.

We must understand that life is not something that has a beginning or end.

Life is limitless, timeless, omnipresent, and cyclical. Life has phases and stages, but it has no real end or start point.

If you see only one cycle or only one fragment of your life as something separate or isolated from the bigger scheme of things in our reality, you will go through the process of your birth and rebirth in a completely unconscious way.

If you see the real beauty of the endless existence of our shared consciousness, you might learn to die and be born as consciously as you live your actual life too.

And, when you manage to do that with all your awareness, real fun, joy, and pleasure will become a normal part of your human experience.

And, also, real freedom and the ability to make truly conscious choices will naturally become part of your life as well.

No, you will not fully conquer your unconscious. And you will never become the complete and perfect master of your consciousness. But, you might play the game with the required level of awareness to truly have a lot of fun being here.
