Our Systemic Health

Everything we have been discussing about our collective mental health in previous reflections can be pretty easily applied to any system.
Our reality is fractal, interconnected and holographic. Each sub-system is unique and has very special rules and yet, there is also an embedded coherent structure, where sometimes we can see similar patterns and tendencies that can be seen across various aspects of our reality.
The concept of health is actually the perfect example to talk about if we want to better comprehend how systemic thinking works and how it can be directly applied to our embodied wisdom for self-healing and collective regeneration.
A human body is a hypercomplex, fully interconnected and highly sophisticated system.
…
You cannot isolate or separate something from the body without having an impact on all the other parts. This is true physically. If you cut a finger, all of your system will respond automatically. Your nervous system, your immune system, your cardiovascular system, your muscular system and sometimes even digestive. Your entire system will react, adjust and adapt to the subtle and very small change on your body to find a new balance and equilibrium.
This is how each one of your cells is actually interconnected to all other cells. They all dance in a holistic system that is constantly trying to find a perfect coherence between all its parts. But it is also true emotionally and mentally. And, all of those are also deeply interdependent between them: your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, sensations, and perceptions.
Each illness or health-incoherence, no matter the origin or the character, has the physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual counterpart to it. It is also both true at the individual level and at the collective level.
Let's continue with our finger example to see this more clearly. When you cut your finger, beyond the physical response, there's a whole universe of emotional reactions that can emerge.
We might feel ashamed or angry if we cut ourselves in stupid ways. We might feel guilty if our blood accidentally went on someone else's beautiful dress. We might feel fear about infection, or we might feel just numb and not even realize we've been cut. We might feel sad, disappointed or disgust. We might be excited or curious. Literally the entire spectrum of emotions is possible with something as simple and seemingly unimportant as cutting a finger.
Mentally, you can have the same chaos happening and be thinking about many hardly related things that pop into your head while you deal with your finger. Your thoughts might race to past injuries, to wondering if you'll need stitches, to worrying about how this will affect your piano performance tomorrow, to scolding yourself for not being careful, to planning how to avoid this in the future.
The systemic complexity of your multidimensional experience is truly astonishing and fascinating to observe and contemplate.
…
Let’s investigate another example to play with those ideas even more.
A person might be struggling with an allergy. They might be attributing it to some dangerous external factors (the toxins, the pollen, the food). This is all true, and they might decide to do something to protect themselves more efficiently to not be in contact with that specific substance. We deal with 'a physical danger' by physically protecting ourselves from the exposure to it. It makes sense.
But the reality is much more complex and interesting. The thing is that your allergy doesn't only come with symptoms you feel in your body. Your allergy also has emotions and beliefs attached to it.
So, you can also choose to deal with it in those realms.
You can actually heal your allergy permanently by simply transforming something deep in your mind. And/or, by allowing yourself to feel and consciously transcend the real emotion connected to your allergy. This is the systemic regeneration strategy in its very simplified essence.
Of course, this entire process is usually much more challenging and complex in real life than it sounds. It might take you years, sometimes decades to be able to feel that specific emotion for real or to know which exact belief needs to be changed in your head to heal your allergy.
This being said, once you understand the real scheme of systemic interconnections, you can do it much faster. You can heal pretty much anything almost instantly and quite magically.
The placebo effect is one of the most powerful demonstrations of this principle in action.
Some people don't get sick or can be healed in inexplicable ways simply because they believe they can heal. Medical science has documented countless cases where patients experience real physiological improvements after receiving sugar pills or sham treatments they believed were real medicine.
This isn't just coincidence – it's the power of belief directly affecting the physical body.
…
People who can remain calm, focused and relaxed during uncomfortable medical procedures can control their feelings of pain and avoid feeling it. Their body can produce natural pain-killers simply because they know how to consciously master their inner emotional and mental states.
Some people have cured many conditions in seemingly impossible ways, but when you really observe these phenomena, you realize that their "magic" is not actually that magical.
It's a process of systemic transformation. A coherent, deep, structured, sometimes very intense process where they actively and consciously play with their thoughts and emotions in order to create optimal health in their personal inner system.
Science can measure these effects but struggles to fully explain them through conventional models. The mind-body connection reveals itself in these moments of "inexplicable" healing, showing us that our beliefs, expectations, and mental focus are powerful tools for physical transformation.
Once you understand the secret "formula" of the perfect health, you can apply it to virtually whatever you want.
There are endless pathways to self-healing.
Potentially, each person has its own and unique one.
Your Perfect Health has everything to do with the state of your inner consciousness. More coherent and performant your consciousness is, healthier you will be.
This being said, your inner consciousness cannot be separated from the collective one.
You and our shared environment are deeply entangled. This is also why, sometimes, you can get sick with something that in theory shouldn't be possible, but since it's part of our collective consciousness (or unconsciousness), and you are part of it, you still might be dealing with it in your own body, mind and in your own personal reality.
Remember, everything is possible. And, the best way to ensure you are perfectly healthy is to make sure your inner world is coherently interconnected with your outside reality.
...
There are also cases of collective illnesses. This is something even more complex, systemic and potentially too complicated, but still fascinatingly curious.
Think of a pandemic for example. What can we notice if we try to observe it from this systemically holistic perspective at the level of our consciousness?
You can see it as a macro structure that includes many different beings. So, if they share the same "illness", in theory this would mean they potentially also suffer from the same emotional charge/resistance or mental limitation/incoherence.
So, for instance, a pandemic would also have a very powerful astral hyper system and very complex mental egregore in our collective consciousness.
Now, if we apply reverse engineering to this idea in the context of our last health crisis, the pandemic we experienced at the global scale, what can we see emerging from there?
Since it was super contagious and has, apparently, impacted every single community on the planet in very similar ways, this would actually mean it was about a "feeling" we almost all share but fail to properly embody or meaningfully experience in our reality.
This would also mean that it has something to do with a collective level limiting and outdated "belief" that needs to change, transform or evolve.
In the exact same way we would approach the healing of a human, by simply establishing a proper inner coherence between body, heart and mind, we could also "heal" pandemics at the collective level.
We could do this by establishing meaningful interconnections between our collective values (as well as our visions and strategies), shared limiting beliefs (conditioning, brainwashing, and mass-manipulation), our deep emotional resistances (or ancestral trauma) and our collective physical body (the planet Earth).
…
So, let's jump directly to the juicy aspects of it.
What are the systemic mental and emotional counterparts of the last pandemic we experienced?
What is the collective-level belief we potentially all share that has become way too harmful to us to keep in our future as well-defined truth?
And what is the authentic emotions that we collectively resist feeling to the point of manifesting years-long health crisis at the global scale?
The recipe to truly heal even something as complex as a pandemic is actually very easy, simple and straightforward.
You find with accuracy those two things (a belief + an emotion). And, if you manage to create a safe and coherent strategy to transform them, you can almost magically heal the world from the pandemic.
The true challenge is not in finding the belief and the emotion behind it. Most know exactly what they are. They have never been a secret; they are super obvious and universal no matter where you come from.
The real challenge is to know how to feel it collectively, and how to trust each other enough to hold it together in fun, wise and smart ways.
So, have you guessed yet what is this mysterious emotion we collectively repress, resist and deny with so much dedication, commitment and perseverance for so long?
…
Actually, the most intense emotions usually come in pairs.
Very often they are also paradoxically contradictory in their nature.
The emotional tango happening in our deep collective psyche in relation to the pandemic is exactly the same as with wars, economic instabilities or even when facing climate crises.
All global, international, collective challenges and issues are deeply related to the same emotional entanglement in our shared consciousness.
FEAR & LOVE. That's it.
This is the main "duo-emotion" we are all trying to navigate with more mastery, pleasure, meaning, authenticity, freedom and coherence.
As humanity, we are all trying to learn together how to transform fear into love. This is the main "purpose", authentic desire and need of all of us.
Each time we choose fear over love, we'll have more chances to become unhealthier or simply emotionally and mentally dysregulated.
More authentic courage and wisdom we cultivate to choose love over fear no matter what, less of systemic-level crises we would experience in our shared reality.
More Love = more Health!
But, to truly feel the real love, you must transcend the most terrifying fear.
This is the ‘’fun’’ part of that very simple, but also very clever formula.
So, do you understand now why, more we were getting scared collectively and repressing our love for each other, more the pandemic was propagating faster, more severely and more we were suffering from it?
Do you understand how most of the measures we took to deal with it at the global level was based on pure fear and was deliberately putting barriers between our hearts to be able to heal it with more love?
The source of the pandemic might have been anything really, and we will probably never know for sure what it was.
But the fact that we struggled and suffered from it for so long and so intensively was partially due to our own collective resistance to authentic feeling of love, and to our inability to transform our deepest fears in meaningful, efficient and coherent ways into something else.
So, emotionally speaking everything is quite clear and straight to the point. But remember I told you, to ensure perfect health, we must act systemically. So, even if the emotion is now clear and we know exactly how to deal with it, it's also still only a half job done.
We still need to find the limiting belief in that space as well.
It would be way too boring and easy if I were to give you literally all the answers on a golden platter. So, because I want to keep having some fun as well, I will let you ponder on that on your own. It's a very cool meditation question.
What is the most stagnant, contagious, omnipresent, and harming limiting belief we potentially all share in our collective human consciousness still?
And, when you have it, ask yourself very frankly, how do we now change it?
…
Let's take a moment to zoom out and see the bigger picture of what we've been exploring.
Our journey through systemic health brings us to an exciting realization – we are participants in a grand, cosmic dance of interconnection!
To see our shared existence as a big collective and very fun enigma where we're all figuring out together how to co-create the most optimal conditions for our collective health, well-being and our future – isn't that an exhilarating adventure to be part of?
We are all responsible for our individual micro-systems and for making sure we know what perfect health feels like in our own experience. Each time you choose to harmonize your thoughts with your emotions, each time you allow your body to align with your spirit, you're not just healing yourself – you're contributing to the healing of the whole.
At the same time, we are all co-responsible for the quality of our macro system and the coherence in the shared field of our collective consciousness. Our individual choices ripple outward, affecting others in ways we might not even realize yet.
That's both our shared power and our responsibility!
More the system makes sense, more we are healthy. More we are healthy, more the system is abundant to make us even more happy. It's a beautiful, virtuous cycle that we have the privilege of consciously participating in.
So as you go forward from here, remember – your personal health journey is part of humanity's larger evolution. Your insights, your healing, your transformations of fear into love aren't just personal victories, they're contributions to our collective flourishing.
Isn't that something worth celebrating?
Isn't that something worth dedicating ourselves to with passion and joy?
The game of life is unfolding, and we're all players learning the emerging rules of how to play it together with more sincere fun.
Let's make it the most beautiful, meaningful, pleasurable, coherent, and healthy game possible!
