Naked

I am not naked;

I am clothed in my own Self.

I am not unsafe;

I am full and whole in my nakedness.

I could become transparent

to those who have the courage to see me this way,

to those who can let go of their own self-made costumes,

to those who can hear and feel their own self-created lies.

To see the simple Truth of Life and the essence of their own Self,

In the nakedness of their own deep waters and tricky mirrors.

But I am not naked;

I am just real and raw.

My vulnerability is my choice,

My sensibility is my power,

My courage is to presence unconditionally,

my own authentic self in all its shapes and forms.

To see it in the matrix, in the deep humanity,

To fully experience the intimacy of it with the other,

To feel the Nature of it inside and out,

And even upside-down.

In the Here and Now, Exactly as it is,

With no interference from my conditioned mind,

With no projections from my wounded heart,

With no expectations from anything or anyone.

I can co-create with Silence and Stillness,

I can move in Space with no effort or resistance,

I can let the River of Life bring me back to my natural current and flow,

To my Lake and Ocean, To my Land and Forest,

To my Body and to my Home.

My curiosity is to consciously and continuously experience who I am,

How I evolve, Who I've become, What do I want to be and to feel next.

I want to be naked to myself, To all of me,

I want to see me with the eyes of clarity and compassion,

With confidence, creativity, and connectedness,

Slowly, Deeply, With Pleasure and fun.

When I am truly naked to myself, we somehow all become naked,

And that is exactly where and when we see clearly

how many of us are actually deeply afraid of being naked,

Uncomfortable, Ashamed, Self-judgmental, Confused.

This is why we'll attach to anything around to cover us up a bit,

A personality mask, A house, Another person, A job, A title,

A family, a tribe, or a community,

A Life, a fantasy, or even an alternative reality.

To continue the illusion,

To play roles in the theatre we don't really enjoy that much anymore,

Just to not to be naked, To be real, To be true,

At least for once with our own authentic self.

And eventually we attach to so many things and roles

that we don't even know

what the hell being naked even means to us.

In this clever process, we can even forget who we are,

Where, Why, Or how to be.

So, sometimes it's useful to strip down to the ground what's not true anymore,

And jump completely naked in the unknown waters of your own Existence flow.

To shatter and transmute your own outdated illusions,

To see the clear mirrors of your own Self in the eyes of our shared Reality,

To shut up the voice of the inner nonsense of control over your own Nature,

and just slowly feel the heartbeat of your own Soul in each one of your cells.

To look in the eyes of our own Truth,

To experience yourself in your most authentic format in the Now,

With all of it, All of You,

All of Us.

At least just for you,

For the sake of your own curiosity and experience.

Once you see yourself truly naked,

The world becomes real to you,

The theatre becomes fun again,

The Play continues, Roles transform,

Reality becomes something else.

And you, well, You just are,

As always,

Here and Now,

Naked.
