Inner. Micro. Macro.

A polarity-driven mindset is the main obstacle to transforming our shared reality and efficiently regenerating our systems, our planet, and our bodies.

Polarity is important, don't get me wrong. You will never be able to get rid of polarity. It's an integral part of our reality and embedded in everything.

That being said, you don't live in a polar world. If you did, we would be experiencing reality in 2D, which means completely flat. All of reality would be like a piece of paper and nothing else—no volumes, no shapes, no colours. Just a flat surface. So, no, this world is not polarized and dual by its nature, nor are humans or life.

You live in a truly multidimensional world, and you are also a multidimensional being. To enjoy the diversity of what is possible, your brain needs to learn how to operate in a world that is not polarized. You need to upgrade your brain capacity to be able to have a multiple-level perspective and not only a dual way of seeing your reality.

And this goes deep.

Every time you judge or criticize something, you are stuck in a polarity-driven mindset. Each time there is an association of something as bad or good in your mind, you start operating in a very primitive and limited capacity of your human power. It could be as small as criticizing how your neighbour dresses his dog or as big as thinking your mother is stupid and cruel.

Each time your brain regresses to judge something as black and white only, you are operating in the 'vegetable' mode of your brain's actual ability. It's not good or bad; it's mainly just sad and funny.

You think you are knowledgeable and all-powerful when you use your gift of polar judgment and unsolicited critique, but in truth, you are just operating in the most primitive form of your true powers and brain capacity.

---

So, how do you get out of a polarity-driven mindset? How do you transform it? How do you make it more evolved, more powerful, and more interesting?

You need to learn and train your brain to develop other forms of thinking, for example, trinity-driven mind, group-driven mind, network-driven, or whole-driven mind.

You basically need to understand what systemic thinking actually is. And you also need to develop a proper sense of inner holistic and embodied systemic wisdom, not only thinking.

So, what is a system? And how do we teach ourselves the ability to think in systems?

Simply put, a system is a set of interconnected or interdependent elements that work together to achieve a common goal or perform a specific function.

A system has an input and an output. You 'feed' the system with something, and it produces and gives you something in return. The process of transformation inside the system can be efficient or inefficient. You can get the results, the 'output,' that you desire and want, or you can get the exact opposite and start thinking that the 'system' is the problem and it must be destroyed.

Which is also a very limited and immature mindset to be in, and even quite dangerous and deeply painful.

The bigger problem in the 'systemic world' today are the systemic thinkers, specialists, and experts who are completely stuck in a polarity-driven mindset. They believe that their dual and black-and-white judgment is worth something in a world where everything is deeply interconnected with everything else in infinite possibilities and configurations.

When someone tells you, "I can easily teach you. Think of the inner system and outer system, observe the mechanics and dynamics of the 'subject' and its 'surroundings.' When you understand the deep interconnection and interdependence between the exterior and the interior of a system, you will be able to proclaim yourself as a systemic thinker."

They are lying to you. You are not yet a systemic thinker. Here you are just a normal thinker.

You are smart enough to see that two elements are mutually interdependent. You understand the concept of a system inside another system. You understand that the quality of the input you can put in the inner system depends on your environment and your outer system. You understand that what you create and what gets out of your inner system to the world is your future 'input' and 'food.' There is a deep circularity involved in this process.

You reap what you sow.

If the process of transformation in your inner system is not efficient or coherent, you will be stuck in a loop of pain and confusion with time. Because your output will not be coherent. So, eventually, the resources that you will use as your input will have a very low quality and coherence factor.

So, now you think. You know that if the output of your inner system serves the whole and your outer environment, with time, you will flourish and create a lot of abundance in the system directly. You also know that if your process is not efficient and you use more resources than you produce as a result, well, you create and contribute to the overall scarcity of the outer system.

The performance of your inner system and how efficient its process of transformation is belongs only to you. You are responsible and accountable for this part. And the only way you can create abundance and peace in the world is if you make sure that you give to the outer system more than you take from it.

To better understand what I mean, we can use specific examples of inner systems and outer systems.

Let's say the inner system is Company X and the outer system is Industry Y. The company and the industry it is in are mutually interdependent. The industry-level system obviously has more power and more complexity than a company does. An industry-level system contains millions of different companies.

The well-being of a company highly depends on the quality of available resources around it in the bigger system and the performance of the overall industry network it is operating in. So, a company has an interest in contributing to the industry well-being at large.

Because if the activity and strategy of a company make the entire network and industry around it more performant and more interconnected, the company itself will become naturally more efficient, resilient, and even wealthier. This is why 'smart' and 'powerful' companies are actually more concerned with industry-level strategies and impact than they are with the well-being of their inner organizational system.

So, anyways, this is rational thinking 101. Now, what is systemic thinking?

To start thinking in systems, you actually need to increase the ability of how many perspectives you can take into account simultaneously, and it needs to be at least three sovereign but interdependent systemic perspectives!

You need to be able to process the mechanisms and dynamics in the relationships and interconnections between three different open systems.

Now, we talk about the third level of awareness. It's the level of observing the observer state of consciousness.

It's an inner system in the micro system in the macro system. We increase not only the quality of our mental perception but also the complexity of interdependence and the depth of potential multidimensional impact on the world of our inner system and our brain.

If we go back to my example of Company X in Industry Y, in systemic thinking, we would add another level and a bigger system.

Company X (Inner System) Industry Z (Micro System) Planet Earth (Macro System)

All of what was explained earlier holds true. But now all of that is inside a bigger system where many different industries work together and use resources from the same bigger system. The input for all the industries is coming from the same source, the Earth. So, the well-being of your inner system does not depend only on the quality of your industry but also on the overall well-being of the entire planet, the macro system.

If your industry is not in alignment with the coherent and efficient distribution of our collective shared resources in the macro system, you will eventually perish and disappear. And your company. And your industry. Because if what you do in your business and your inner system is not regenerative to our shared macro system of the planet Earth, you will simply not survive. You will literally create your own extinction.

So, in this setup, you don't only care about the success of your industry. You now actually deeply care about how your industry contributes to and impacts the overall coherence and efficiency of the entire planet and humanity. Every single action and every single decision must now pass three levels of approval and validation.

1. Is this coherent with how my inner system works and what it needs?

2. Does this generate the most impact and give the most power to my micro system and its performance capacities? How does my inner system ensure I coherently contribute to the bigger system where I am in a shared place with others like me?

3. Does what our industry does as a whole make sense? Is this coherent with how the world works and what it needs? Does our industry ultimately regenerate the Earth and heal humanity, or is it the opposite?

Maybe we do contribute to its destruction and depletion of natural resources without even realizing it. Maybe we are collectively responsible for the scarcity and confusion we have created in this world. We need to ask ourselves those kinds of questions sometimes.

Once you start wondering not only about what is good for you personally or for your personal business and honestly consider what the real impact your actions have on the world around you and your own future, you will see the real beauty and complexity of systemic thinking beyond the polarity-driven mindset.

So, now you are a systemic thinker. Congrats.

But you still don't yet know what systemic wisdom means. How to become a systemic being, not only a thinker. How to embody the coherence of the whole, not only mentally understand or dream about it.

---

The company Apple is a very good example of a very powerful systemic thinker ability, but a very bad application of systemic wisdom capacity.

Let me explain.

Apple literally designed, created, and executed a third industrial revolution in telecommunications on a world-level scale.

In less than 20 years after the introduction of the first smartphone, we are now in a world where having a smartphone seems more important than having access to healthy and responsible food supply.

...

What is an industrial revolution?

It's very easy. For an industrial revolution to occur, we need to radically upgrade and transform three main industries at the macro level: energy, communication, and transport.

The first industrial revolution was around printing (communication), heat power (energy), and trains and rails (transport).

The second industrial revolution was around the telephone (communication), electric power & petroleum (energy), and airplanes and cars (transport).

The third industrial revolution was around the Internet (communication), green, clean & renewables (energy), and space exploration & supersonic engines (transport).

The fourth: Internet of Things (IoT), VR and AI (communication), carbon capturing and fourth-generation biofuels (energy), electric motors and passive mobility (transport).

We have actually been in the fifth industrial revolution for a couple of years.

This one is about:

- Consciousness and direct telepathy interactions, brain-body-internet (communications)

- Free and unlimited power and energy from the void directly (energy)

- Multidimensional and interstellar traveling, teleportation, quantum jumping (transport)

Anyways, back to Apple. Why are they good thinkers but bad masters of a proper systemic mindset?

They created something that had a radical impact on various industries. A smartphone drastically changed our education system, health system, legal system, politics, work environment and management strategies, creativity expression, dating habits, and even our global economy.

Apple did have a huge impact at the level of the entire macro system. They not only created a revolution in communications, but they also transformed many different sectors and industries all around the world in a very deep way.

This is systemic thinking. This is what we call world-level leadership, significance, and impact!

But everyone also knows the very dark side of Apple too. Some simply hate Apple and can't even logically explain to themselves why they feel so much rage towards this company inside themselves.

When you work and play at the level of a global and planet-wide system, you mainly have two different ways to do your business.

There are two macro systems in this world today.

There is a Natural Macro System (NS), the physical matrix of this reality and the planet Earth. It's the collective consciousness and unconsciousness of this planet and humanity. It's about the availability of natural resources and their preservation. The natural system is about the regeneration of our planet and our physical bodies. It's about the deep and very intimate interconnection of everything with everything else. It's about life. It's about nature. It's about our collective conscious evolution and co-creation of our shared reality.

And there is an Artificial Macro System (AS), this is what we call 'society' and 'civilization'. This is the system we have created with our corrupted minds and all the moral and ethical rules we have established to better exercise our dysfunctional power dynamics with others and the world. The artificial system is about geopolitics, global economy, abuse, and manipulation. Religion, science, technology, and the belief that natural and human resources are unlimited. War and destruction. The arrogance of thinking we can control and manipulate nature and life.

A truly successful, resilient, and wise business needs to be coherent with both the natural macro system and the artificial macro system!

Apple was very good at understanding how the artificial macro system works and how we can manipulate it and change it very easily. This is how they got their success and power so fast.

But their weakness is they have no idea how to be coherent with the natural macro system. They have no idea how to make sure that the overall impact of what they create and give to the world is actually regenerative and healing and not the opposite. They have no idea how to offer value and create abundance in the artificial macro system and regenerate the natural macro system at the same time.

In the artificial system, Apple's output is clearly bigger than the input. This is how they thrive and make money. They contribute more than they take from the system.

But it's the opposite in the natural system. They clearly take more human and natural resources than they contribute to the well-being and holistic regeneration of our planet or the authentic healing of our humanity.

---

Coherence is indeed very complex. Because we live in a very complex world and because we are already very smart and very evolved multidimensional beings. Our brains are already very powerful machines, and we have access to the most astonishing tools to create whatever we want or desire.

But in order for our brains to successfully perform that superpower in coherence with our physical bodies, we need to learn how to think bigger, deeper, and wider. How to be able to consider more of independent, but interdependent points of view. And how to exercise the Radical Inclusivity capacity in our mindset and personal worldview.

It's not about us vs them anymore. It's about We that includes all of us and them already.

It's about a coherent web of an infinite number of systems-in-the-systems-in-the-systems. Your conscious awareness and mind flexibility about what you consider your inner system, your micro system, and macro system in every single moment define how much power you have in the interconnected web of relationships in our collective field of consciousness.

And, of course, this also defines how much love you can feel and how much wisdom you can actually embody for real.
