From Pain to Joy (Part 6)

If I haven’t already touched on any of your personal addictions until now, I’m almost certain I’ll catch you with this one. Even if you’re the walking definition of the saint, perfectly clean of drugs, sex, and all forms of dependency—whether on work, relationships, love, or power—there’s little chance you’ve managed to escape this one, at least at some point in your life.

As a society and culture, we’re so deeply addicted to it that even attempting to perceive it as an addiction publicly might make you seem foolish—or worse, completely stupid—in the eyes of others.

Can you guess what it is?

This addiction is one of the backbones of our collective belief systems.

It fuels the absurdities of our societal structures more than almost anything else. This mass confusion is arguably the leading cause of unnecessary emotional and mental suffering on a global scale today. It is profoundly unnatural, unhealthy, and incoherent when compared to who we authentically are as human beings and how our inner systems naturally function.

And yet, most people still pretend it’s the epitome of responsibility, intelligence, and being "evolved."

This thing has the potential to reshape the entire world overnight. It can cause suffering for entire generations not yet born. It has the power to redefine everything you believe and, quite literally, destroy your life, your relationships, and your dreams in the blink of an eye.

And yet, you’re probably addicted to it.

This one is bigger than you. It’s far larger than your family, tribe, nation, or culture. You likely have little, if any, control or authority over this particular addiction. It’s ancestral, systemic, and collective in ways that might seem unimaginable.

It’s ancient—rooted in the deepest parts of our shared unconscious. The sheer amount of pain we can generate, manipulate, project onto the world, or impose on ourselves through it is limitless.

This mass addiction has likely been a part of the human experience since the beginning—and it will, in some form, continue to be with us forever. It is the most severe case of “group bias” in our collective psyche because it’s shared by all of us, no exceptions.

It’s already a sign of the systemic, globalized delusion of humanity itself.

If we could learn to master this addiction together—skillfully and responsibly—we could liberate ourselves from anything. We could heal, regenerate, and transform whatever we desire. We could transcend all other addictions—magically and instantly—if we managed to fully awaken to this one within our system of beliefs, with both clarity and courage.

So, have you guessed it yet?

If you’ve been following what I write, it’s probably no secret to you by now that you’re a multidimensional being with an unlimited power of creation.

Your system is both beautifully simple and profoundly complex at the same time. You most certainly have a physical body, but you also have at least two others: the emotional body and the mental body. No matter who you are, if you’re human, these three bodies work together to create a coherent experience of life.

Some parts of you might be deeply wounded. In extreme cases, you might even manage to numb your entire heart or disconnect completely from rational thinking or body. Yet, these three bodies will still form an integral part of your human experience. It’s a kind of trinity through which you experience consciousness in this world—one that can never truly be separated, ignored, or altered beyond recognition.

Your mind thinks and believes.

Your heart feels and desires.

Your body knows and experiences.

All these aspects (and perhaps even more) are deeply interconnected and unconditionally interdependent. Change something in one body, and the others will inevitably adapt and transform. No matter the state of your system, no matter your actions or their duration, the coherence between these bodies is always present at some level.

You might not always be fully conscious or aware of this, but the hyper-complex system of your soul is always in harmony and peace with the whole of existence. Your inner experience might feel chaotic at times, and you may think that nothing makes sense or feels coherent. But that perception is never entirely true.

Often, when you’re willing to expand your perception and open your heart just a little more, you realize that perfect order—and even deep meaning—was always at play. It was simply obscured by your limited view. What you perceived as a limitation, attack, or fear was, in reality, an invitation for further expansion, empowerment, and the discovery of more magical, unconditional love.

The main addiction we all suffer from is our own thoughts and inner beliefs. On a global scale, humanity is severely addicted to the mind. Our societies, cultures, and systems are all consumed by mental energy. Your mental body is often wild, greedy, and insatiably hungry—constantly seeking more information, more knowledge, or validation for the beliefs that already make you suffer or crave something else.

You are, at some level, a data addict. The slave of your own mind.

And "data" can mean countless things: ideas, concepts, belief systems, or entire networks of thought.

Knowledge is an extraordinary and clever kind of power. But if you don’t know how to handle and integrate information properly, its energetic impact will eventually take a toll—physically, emotionally, or both.

Information is far from innocent or insignificant.

Be mindful of what you feed your mental body. And be even more cautious about what you share with others—how you process and communicate knowledge matters. Think of it like the food you consume and digest: information is food for your brain. If you overconsume junk, your mind becomes bloated with confusion, incoherence, and inefficiency—just like your body would if you had an unhealthy relationship with food.

If your mind lacks a proper "digestive system" for processing the information you consume daily, what do you think will happen? Exactly—information overdose. And that overdose can burn out your entire operating system if you’re not careful.

This kind of mental overload has direct (and often hidden) consequences on your emotional and physical health.

Every piece of data you’ve ever ingested—consciously or unconsciously—has been felt by your emotional heart (or will be in the future) and will eventually need to be processed by your physical body too. This applies to all information your nervous system has encountered since the moment you were conceived, whether you were awake, asleep, or unconscious.

All of that data now resides in your deep mental programming. It forms the foundation of your mental body—the architecture of your belief system and the structure of your unconscious conditioning. And here’s the catch: information cannot be destroyed or deleted from your mental body. You can only transform it.

If you’re a data addict, the only way forward is to fully master its digestion, processing, and integration within your holistic being.

Much of the knowledge you’ve consumed until now has shaped your internal systems and beliefs, often without your awareness. It made you rigid and more “certain” in your perceptions about the world. And let’s be honest—your mental body likely contains a lot of junk that makes no sense.

For much of it, you are responsible. And, whether you realize it or not, many of your inner struggles—and even some physical issues—stem directly from the harmful, limiting beliefs you currently hold so tightly.

How do we process and transform the information we consume within our emotional and physical bodies like a pro?

Imagine each piece of information has an emotional energetic charge attached to it, no matter what.

Every bit of knowledge will trigger an emotional response in you—you need to become conscious of it. If you think information has no emotions, you are just numbing your heart. You are not allowing yourself to fully feel the charge behind the data you manipulate in some way.

All information you ingest is emotionally charged in some way, whether you realise it or not. All the information you share with others is also emotionally imprinted by you, whether you want it or not.

The only choice you have is to feel it or not. To open your heart or numb yourself and ignore it. But remember, the energy behind your beliefs or knowledge does not dissipate, even when you deny it. You simply postpone its processing to a later date. The more you postpone, the more challenging it might become to feel it.

To ensure proper mind-heart coherence, you need to learn how to feel emotions in your heart every time you take in or share information. It's about authentic listening and sensing. It's about compassion and curiosity. It's about courage and the willingness to be properly attuned to your own emotional body.

It's about self-love and unconditional love toward others.

It is about your ability to be simply human.

If the information is too much to feel for you, get out.

Cut yourself off from the source that provides you with information you are not able to emotionally process and truly feel in your heart for now. If listening to the news gives you a desire to smash the TV, eat an entire pig, or drink a bottle of vodka in your bathtub, you should probably stop wondering about what is happening in this world altogether.

You should seriously consider a cure from all sources of news and even avoid conversations about it with others. Don't overconsume the information before you learn how to expand your heart enough to feel it with the true compassion and understanding it requires—in a safe way for you and others.

Once you achieve proper mind-heart coherence in informational processing, it’s amazing, but it is only halfway done. We still have the body to deal with to make it a full and coherent circle. What do we do with the knowledge transformation in the body or in the physical reality? How is it done? How do we establish and master the heart-body and the mind-body connections as well?

This is where things usually get very curious, wild, and very interesting.

Most people who indulge themselves too much in low-quality informational content have no idea what they are actually doing to their physical bodies and to the kind of future path of evolution they are programming for their own destiny.

The mind is about beliefs. The body is about real-life experience.

The mind is about conditioning your thinking and limiting your perceptions.

The body is about the authentic wisdom from what you have lived.

How do you transform a belief into wisdom? How do you change the information into experience? How do you make sure your body is perfectly aligned with what lives in your head?

How do you convince your body and your heart that what you have been conditioned to believe in your mind until now is even true? How do you cultivate inner knowing and the discernment between your own mental self-delusions and the actual reality we are currently experiencing as humanity?

You guessed it—you need to experience it yourself, on your own skin, to know the actual truth of it. Every single limiting belief, judgment, or conditioning you have in your head will manifest or play out in some way or another in your personal reality and life one day.

You will be facing your own mental crap in your individual processes of embodiment.

Everything you have ingested as information until now will become a part of your experience in our shared physical reality in some shape or form. At some point, you will literally be forced to feel with your heart and to live within your body every single thought and belief you have in your mind.

No matter by whom, why, or how it was planted there, once it is in your head and in your mental body, it becomes your responsibility—and your individual problem—to know how to properly deal with it.

Your brain is an open system and it is being reprogrammed every instant of your existence.

If you are very careless and unaware of how you ingest and digest the information, your mind might accumulate too much toxic, incoherent and harmful data in your personal system.

If you have too much of such unprocessed information, your mental processes might become less efficient, more confusing, and potentially disturb greatly your overall mental and emotional health. It is important to know ourselves well and acknowledge our personal limits to prevent the data overdose in our nervous system.

Why do you even seek new information or knowledge? To what exact need does it answer for you? How is it nourishing, and in what way does the new data truly fulfill you?

Is it to simply satisfy your curiosity? Is it to be smarter, more powerful, or more aware? Is it to process the unconscious emotions you already have? Is it to potentially manipulate, abuse, judge, or control others? Is it to soothe your own fears and insecurities? Is it to inspire you? Is it to numb you even more and validate your pre-existing beliefs, or is it to open you to something new and yet unknown?

It is important to have very clear and genuine intentions when you seek to have access to new knowledge. Your personal need or objective doesn't actually matter, but it is still important for you to consciously understand what it is. Because all information you receive or emit will ultimately answer your deep intentions, even if those intentions are completely unconscious, and sometimes even undesired by you.

Information is never random.

Data usually has an energetic charge, and some direction of evolution attached to it. If you are not aware or in control of the shape you give to the knowledge in your own mind, or how you consciously structure it in your awareness and your inner beliefs, you might get severely lost in your own mental mess one day.

Your system of beliefs is incredibly important and precise. If you nourish it with very low-quality data for too long, or if you have no understanding of how your own conditioning functions, your mind might become your own super-powerful enemy. You are the one responsible for your beliefs and their authentic transformation.

The only beliefs that are real in your mind are those that your body has already experienced in the real world. Everything else you have heard, read, or seen somewhere—from your parents, school, church, internet, or authority—is part of your mental conditioning. If you have not experienced it yourself, your body cannot know this to be the ultimate truth. Deep down, you will always have a doubt about what is real or not.

You will be at the mercy of the fear behind the belief or knowledge, but you will not have access to the wisdom of actual reality.

The best way to access any knowledge is through direct experience.

It is to access wisdom by experiencing or testing it and only then forming your beliefs about what is true for you. If you have never tried to ride a bicycle, you can watch all the tutorials you want—none of them will make you feel comfortable or teach you how to balance properly with your own body.

It is an extreme example, but the truth of how our brains learn holistically and the process of how wisdom is formed in our system is the same for everything else. Only through authentic experience in your body will you have the certainty of your own beliefs and the validity of the conditioning you carry in your head.

If you haven't experienced it yourself, you simply don't know.

This is the pure basis of humility and even of rational logical thinking. No matter how much you trust others, how terrified you are, or how much everyone else around you assures you it is the absolute truth—if you never taste something for real, you cannot know how your gut feels about it.

And you will never fully know until you try.

If you want to ensure your own beliefs and toxic conditioning don’t make you suffer, at the very least, you need to make sure not to repeat them to others as 'truth' before turning them into embodied wisdom yourself.

If you share knowledge with others without properly analyzing and digesting that information in your own system, you will contribute to confusion and generate unnecessary suffering in the entire collective society.

Also, by sharing something you don't really know yourself, you will solidify your own limiting beliefs and harmful conditioning. This will make your own path of evolution more challenging and confusing. This is why it is very stupid to share 'secrets' of someone or to judge them externally if you don't really know what you are talking about.

This is not even about morals or ethics—it is purely about the simple dynamics of energy and the rules of its processing in your consciousness. Action and reaction kind of thing.

If you share pure mental energy too freely or unconsciously with others—especially the kind that doesn’t originate from you—you create invisible karmic attachments to people and to very powerful mental systems that you might not even be fully aware of.

The rumors or ungrounded beliefs of others can act like a very toxic virus in your own mind.

The more people you share it with, the more complex this entire mess becomes in your own head. The more effort it will take you to uncover the actual truth and find any meaning. You should be very careful and cautious about how you handle, share, and process any type of information that lives in your mind.

No one can save you from your own mind.

You are better off becoming very good friends with your own head as soon as possible. You are the only one responsible for shaping your inner beliefs and for making sure your conditioning is coherent enough with the shared reality we are experiencing—or the one you would eventually like to be a part of.

The more coherent and responsible you are about how you process information in your mental body, the lighter and more joyful your heart will likely become. The happier you are emotionally, the faster your entire body can heal and regenerate itself.

So, in some cases, it is very true: the less you know, the less you need to be happy.

The less you think, the less you suffer.

I think it is very obvious why our collective addiction to information should be seriously reconsidered at the global scale today. People literally go collectively crazy because of mass data overdose. And, now, it is almost impossible to know if the knowledge you have access to is true, real, or even made by a human mind.

What is the real problem of the information that was not generated by our own human intellectual capacities?

Remember what I talked to you about the unbreakable trinity between data, emotions and the physical body? Well, how do you think your heart can authentically sense the emotions of algorithm-generated knowledge, and how your hormonal or nervous system is building coherence in your body based on this input of information in your own personal system?

We can now ask an AI to give a specific emotional tone to our emails. To sound nice or respectful even if we are boiling from the inside and want to yell loudly at the person that will be receiving it. We might sound more politically correct and professional if we ask the AI to write the email for us. But, and this is a huge but.

The person receiving the email will never be able to truly understand what we meant for real and will not be able to feel us in their emotional heart to make holistic sense of what we share with them. They will be disconnected from us energetically, and this will make your professional relationship inefficient, confusing, and boring.

Ultimately, they will not trust you if they cannot feel you. And, we very rarely do business with people whom we don't trust or feel.

You think with your head, but you actually make decisions with your heart. Yes, your mind could sometimes corrupt your heart into the choices that you might regret one day, but the heart is still the ultimate boss when it comes to the real business affairs.

If your heart is numb, closed, insensitive, and cannot even distinguish if what you read, hear, and see is something done by a human or by a machine, you are in great danger of severe mental confusion and emotional suffering in the upcoming years driven by the exponential data revolution in virtual reality.

The times where "I will only believe it if I see it with my own eyes" are over in this new world.

You already have no real means to know if what you see on a screen is real or even human. And, it will become more and more wild. Now it is still fun. But, wait until you have no idea who you are talking to with no ability to verify. This is a new kind of fear that we are creating with virtual technology.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with manufacturing new and exciting fears in our psyche if this is the fun that we want to experience as a global culture right now.

But maybe, just maybe, before going wild to that point virtually, we should make sure we are already mentally and emotionally strong enough to deal with what we already know and don't know to be true about our own selves.

We should maybe learn what discernment about knowledge and wisdom truly is before listening to the delusions of the robots about what life, human, or nature is all about.

Do you know that an astonishing number of professionals who work in the industry of informational technology, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence forbid their own kids from using any screens for as long as possible? In some cases, they even don't have any screens at home or at school until the age of 10 years old.

The technocrats usually know very well why they do it and what exactly they protect in this way to ensure the normal evolution of future generations. They know how much it messes up the entire brain and heart for their entire life ahead if they abuse the virtual data overdose during key developmental years.

And, you should probably know it as well, to protect your children too. If not them, at least do it for yourself, for the love of your own beautiful mind and the optimal health of your own gentle heart.

When you are being mentally manipulated by another human, at least they share an emotional bond and the karmic commitment with you no matter what. There is an energetic accountability that is still present in your relationship, even if the person in front of you is a lying, corrupted asshole. Your heart will still be able to discern and feel the soul of the other.

But, where is the heart or soul of the machine that is controlling, manipulating, and telling you whatever it desires in any form it wants? If you try to authentically feel the information you receive from AI emotionally, not only understand it mentally, who are you actually feeling and with whom are you interacting in your emotional body?

Is it only you in there? If not, who else?

At this point, I will share a small secret with you.

Do you know why I have chosen to mainly use the unfiltered written form to express my contemplations with others for now, not audio or video format like many would be suggesting today?

The mental energy I share with others is very systemic, multidimensional, and truly intense.

I don't write to entertain others, to argue, or to validate something.

Most are not ready to hear what I share.

Many would probably fall asleep if they tried to absorb it normally as information, simply because they can not consciously or safely process it yet in their own system. Some might be reading thinking it is just some fun way of writing, but realizing much later the real energetic impact it had on them.

Information is never random.

I transform my own system of beliefs when I write, and this kind of transformation is an active process we are all part of, whether we like it or not. As humanity, our brains and nervous systems are interconnected together. Any change I make consciously in my own head has some kind of impact on your mind too. This is true for each one of us. When your deep conditioning changes, the entire world will start seeing it a bit more differently too.

What I do is mainly to observe and feel our limiting beliefs and our social conditioning as a culture. It is a transformation process in itself.

When I connect with my brain and heart in this way, I do the actual "healing" work and engage myself in the wider consciousness regeneration process with the help of my written contemplations. It might be emotional or even spiritual as an experience, but my goal is always the authentic embodiment of the knowledge, the integration of the wisdom.

I play with very complex and wild concepts in my own mental processes for a very long time now. What I share has usually already been digested in many forms in my own emotional body. I feel comfortable with the knowledge I share, and I know how it feels in the heart for real. Most of what I write is about what I know and is based on my own lived experiences.

Because of the depth and scope of what I share, my writings can have an impact on your personal system of beliefs and inner conditioning in many different, and potentially even unexpected ways. It might be or feel somehow transformative to you too.

Remember all information has an energetic charge attached to it.

I am making sure to be as much responsible and transparent as I can with the vibrations I share with the world, but the part on knowing how to properly receive it, discern, and integrate it in your own mind and heart is your personal job and responsibility.

For all those reasons, it was important to me to make sure I don't unconsciously manipulate you too much by sharing this kind of knowledge in a different format than writing.

When we use our voice and show our physical expressions, we say way more than just words. We don't just manipulate mentally, we also manipulate emotionally and physically in this way. We imprint the information with even more complex structures and greater potential for false projections.

Don't get me wrong, in most cases in ideal life, this is how you would like to have access to any new information. In person, body to body, heart to heart, mind to mind. But, in virtual reality, things don't work in the exact same way, at least not for the knowledge I am usually sharing here.

When you read, you don't process the information in the same way within your nervous system or brain. The ability to know how to read consciously while sensing your own heart is very important. Even if you are a more visual or audio person, there is nothing else that can replace the experience of reading for your brain.

You are the one in control of the speed of the informational flow. Your brain knows intuitively where to slow down, where to skip, where to read again, and where to zoom out. You are not polluted by additional knowledge, unconscious projections, and energy coming from my face or the tone of my voice.

You are in full control of how you let this mental energy interact with you or not. In reality, it is just words put in sentences. There is no other form or shape. The entire sensory experience behind reading and the meaning you attach to it is actually mainly about you and your own life path.

Reading is magical, fun, and very important.

When we write, we often talk with our own soul with way fewer veils and fears. Authenticity with self is easier to reach and practice when we write. When we read something instead of watching or listening to it, we also can get way closer to our own essence and deep inner knowing, even when we read the thoughts of someone else.

It is a form of an active meditation.

So I write as my main means of sharing my ideas right now for a few reasons, I guess.

This is what I am intuitively guided to do, and this is what brings me joy at this moment in my own personal life. The writing medium is also coherent to me logically and rationally, based on the type of knowledge I am currently sharing with others in public. I believe this to be the easier and safest way to engage with or process complex information.

Also, because I selfishly love reading myself very much, and I really hope it is a passion, a capacity, and a skill we still know how to teach and transmit the authentic value of to the upcoming generations.

It is also a bit of my safety boundary for the natural selection of who gets to ingest this kind of information in their own inner system. It is too easy to automatically and even unintentionally listen to a video semi-unconsciously just because you are curious and bored. But, be wandering after why the hell you watched it to start with.

However, it is way harder to do it with reading. Try to read something unconsciously, inattentively, or without the real desire.

You must have, at least, some sort of personal interest, self-awareness, and basic concentration skills to read and be able to understand something. You usually cannot do anything else when you read, and sometimes this is exactly the way of doing things if we want to do them very well.

To read requires desire, time, choice, and effort.

The capacity to think consciously, rationally analyze, and feel in our hearts what we ingest as information, and be able to self-reflect and self-reference at the same time, is very rarely something that can be done in a few minutes or in a multitasking manner. However, all of those skills reading helps you develop make your brain healthier, smarter, and more performant.

Reading is unique for your brain and your heart.

It helps you develop your emotional flexibility, mental creativity, and amazing imagination skills in very nurturing and even fun ways (under the condition you don't read too much shit or literature that is not appropriate for you).

Reading can make you travel into your own unlimited potential and yet undreamed desires. It is one of the most intimate ways to connect with the inner mental space and creativity of the other. You can connect with the purity of someone's heart by simply reading them.

And, it is one of the most simple strategies to expand, connect with your own inner world, the boundless wisdom of the soul, and even deeper purpose or meaning in life.

Reading is fun and self-transformative in many ways. But, only when we learn how to read truly and fully. With an open mind and innocent heart. Only when we indulge the knowledge for the pure pleasure of it, and not as an addiction to even more meaningless information in your head that you have no real intention of reflecting upon.

It's when we crave the simplicity of the authentic wisdom to feed our soul, mind, and heart, and not the emptiness of meaningless data to satisfy our messed-up egos (or to magically ease our non-acknowledged deep fears of what we don't even yet know).
