Creative Evolution

I've already written a piece on the Creation Wound, delving into the realms of creativity and pleasure. It's a sacred dance within each of us, rendering us simultaneously divine and human—Yin and Yang, Form and inform, Energy and Matter, Visible and Invisible, Open system and closed system.

Think of it as a polarity dance with any partners that come to mind.

Tapping into our personal potential source for limitless creation is a powerful, joyful, and satisfying journey, yet potentially re-traumatizing if not approached with respect, presence, and compassion.

Balancing the electricity and magnetism within our energetic system poses a challenge. Creating a coherent system between our personal Yin and Yang, our sensitive and rational sides, our masculine and feminine aspects, etc., is no walk in the park. It involves a prolonged journey of self-discovery, consistent practice, and sharp awareness techniques to master the harmonization of polarities within ourselves.

Some resonate with what I'm saying. Most have experienced those moments of perfect alignment and inner coherence without realizing it. Few can master their energetic bodies to make this a daily reality.

True creativity and authentic pleasure are rare because we're conditioned and traumatized. Instead of seeing pleasure and the potential for creation, we often experience the suffering of corrupted belief systems and unintegrated wounds from our collective past.

To truly feel the pleasure of creation, one must be courageous enough to witness life as it is—an emergent process, a forever unfolding mystery. Humility is required to listen into the space between words, to see the unmanifested, to feel the interdependence, and to resist controlling reality, learning instead to co-create with the whole.

Of course, all of this takes some effort and time.

But let's imagine we've become well-acquainted with that space. We're balanced and coherent beings, mastering the process of creation in our systems and lives.

Now what?

Things are just getting more interesting and spicy. This is just the start.

As most of us know, in Nature, only very primitive organisms can create something by themselves. It's about information and diversity. To increase complexity and potential for evolution, we must access more data during the creation process.

The most efficient way?

Cocreation.

In truth, when we dissect the process of creating something new, we realize creation in isolation is impossible. Everything is a cocreation process in our reality.

Nothing is created. Nothing is destroyed. Everything is transformed... through cocreation.

Sometimes we're not aware of who we cocreate with or if someone uses us for creation of something with or without consent. Our ego might be too big to realize that our sense of independence is an illusion. Fears and emotional immaturity can prevent us from understanding the concept of shared power and feeling the deep interconnection of everything.

Everything is a relationship, and the quality of the relationship defines the quality of cocreation.

In business, it's like in sex. Real cocreation requires intimacy, emotional safety, communication, self-awareness, pleasure, and love.

Given our wounds around these topics, we can only fantasize about cocreation, with very few experiencing it for real.

We don't go to work to cocreate, learn to love efficiently, and coherently make our projects and organizations successful and impactful. We go to work to survive, serve others, do what's asked by someone else, and avoid asking too many deep questions. That's why we're paid.

"It's just about money. It does not mean anything." That's how many describe their relationship with their job.

The job, where we spend the majority of our waking life, seems unimportant, insignificant, and devoid of meaning or purpose. It's convenient, simple, and provides enough resources to numb ourselves, avoiding the reality that we are collectively building a world we don't actually want.

We're essentially selling our life force and creative power to accomplish someone else's dream, often without even knowing who that someone is. We've collectively convinced ourselves that 'work prostitution' is okay, especially if it's for a popular cause, with a fair benefits plan and a decent salary.

But it's not.

This is why we live in a very messed-up society. Most people contribute their energy, time, and inner resources to projects and organizations they aren't truly passionate about, sometimes even disagreeing with the values of the companies they work for.

But they have no choice. They need money, and because it doesn't mean anything, it's just a job.

Dreams, purpose, passions, contribution, meaning, authentic creation seem reserved for the already wealthy and lucky. Not for the 'working mass'. To afford our pleasures, we're expected to suffer a bit at work. It's the nature of real life, prompting many to reflect deeply on their professional lives.

It's complete nonsense, sad, irresponsible, not fun or pleasant, and far from how it actually works.

If this is your current thinking pattern and reality, I'm sorry.

But, damn.

How can we create a peaceful and coherent future if no one does what they're most passionate about, in accordance with their values and belief systems, encouraging their natural creativity flow and inner motivation?

This inefficiency creates unnecessary pain for all of us.

Let me try using mathematics and physics to illustrate what I mean. (Numbers are completely random in this example)

Imagine a person is like an energy storage & processor.

Assume the range of electricity a human body can transit varies between 0 and 100 units. Zero is dead, and 100 is the most vital, creative, and powerful version of yourself.

For most people, the normal operation mode is between 40 and 60 units.

Now, things get more interesting when we consider authentic desires, dreams, inner power, and passions. The more aligned we are with them, the more our batteries are charged and regenerated effortlessly. Their maximum capacity can increase over time too.

This is why, when a person learns to listen to their inner truth, they might eventually have a system that can hold more than 1000 units of electricity or even more. Ten times more creative power, range of experiences, energetic qualities, and a variety of frequencies can be processed by their nervous system compared to the 'working mass' average human just doing their job to survive.

Now, when a person works in an environment that isn't spiritually, mentally, emotionally, or physically safe, their energetic capacity drops. Their system operates in a normal mode between 20-50 units. When this happens, we suffer deeply, lacking motivation, purpose, and creativity. We dissociate, get sick, stuck, and unhappy.

So, for those desiring to optimize energy, time, and resource use, it's crucial to understand that power is directly related to deep desires.

One person operating with a system of 1000 units accomplishes more and faster than 10 people only doing it for money with no mind, heart, or desire required.

Most HR professionals and wise managers already know this. That's why we invest in the personal development of employees, build career plans, hire mentors, pay for new-age trainings, and other trendy stuff to retain and motivate our workforce.

But even if many of those tools work for a short period, they are highly inefficient and limited in truly bringing your potential to the next level. You might learn how to operate between 80-100 units on your normal day, which is fantastic. You'll be super creative, probably very self-satisfied, and your boss and HR person will be happy, rewarding you with a nice bonus at the end of the year for your astonishing performance.

This is a decent strategy when you don't yet realize your true potential. But when you know you can operate with 1000 units instead of a hundred, the concept of power and energy takes a different form and dimension. Everything changes (and nothing does at the same time).

Talking about personal desires, authentic truth, and inner energetic mechanics means playing with the potentially most powerful transformation, manifestation, and even collective healing tool. This is probably the most ecstatic and joyful process of embodying higher states of consciousness on the physical plane.

Yet, we seem completely ignorant of all this and prefer the hard way—the path of suffering and sacrifice. It's more recognized and socially acceptable than having pleasure, fun, and following true desires.

Everyone walking this path knows how challenging it is.

Remembering all of this is hard. The path of pleasure is the most judged, misunderstood, and shamed among the various tools for consciousness exploration today, especially at work, in business, and in our professional lives.

And the reason for this is very simple.

Power is the reason.

...

I've already talked about the power concept in my previous posts, so I won't delve deeper for now.

The most important thing to understand here is that real cocreation is impossible if we don't understand the difference between Power With and Power Over.

A person can't create truly without full access to their inner power. Cocreation is efficient, pleasant, and coherent only when all creators involved remain in their personal power, authentic truth, and complete freedom of action.

This last statement might be a bit radical to some, but it's my authentic truth, at least at this moment and for now. Of course, it's utopian, sounds impossible, and potentially a bit lunatic. But let me try to explain what I mean here.

Cocreation is a very specific formula. It kind of breaks the mathematical code itself, and that's why the mystery is literally woven into this concept.

Cocreation can be simplified as: 1+1=3

This is how, out of nothing, we create something. This is how 2 becomes 3 thanks to the successful process of cocreation.

Cocreation can be a baby, but it can also be a project, a business, a network.

A song, a sculpture, an inspiration...

Literally, anything could be cocreated. The sky is not the limit here. With proper knowledge and skillful mastery of the cocreation process, nothing is the limit.

...

The real difficulty of cocreation comes from the complexification of the energetic system. An object has both the electric signal and the magnetic field. When we were talking about the energetic harmonization of polarities, this basically meant a balance between electric and magnetic energies in the overall system. More imbalances lead to more distortions, confusion, and pain.

The electric signal could be equivalent to the yang—the masculine and more converged forms of energy. The magnetic field is the yin—the feminine, diffused energy.

They both have very different qualities and properties. Both are deeply interconnected and cannot be separated, but they don't have the same purpose, function, or form.

Now, in the process of cocreation, this balancing process needs to happen simultaneously for each creator and for the creation itself. These new dynamics add greatly to the complexity of the overall system as well as its potential for transformation and evolution.

The subject of creation is a completely separate system. This newly created system has its own electromagnetic field, now interconnected with both creators in a unique way. We could call this the trinity of interdependence—2 creators and 1 creation.

(2 sources + 2 intentions =1 creation with its own intention and source AND with privileged access to the sources and intentions of its creators).

This is why the creation is so powerful. All of them form a new macro system that includes all of them, and the creation is the only space that has access to the entire complexity of this constellation between these now 3 creators.

What? What just happened? Why 3?

Ah, I am glad you are following.

3 because each new 'creation' actually has the power of a creator as well. It's a new holon, a part, and a whole simultaneously. So, the macro system is even more complex at this point and also so much more fascinating, magical, and beautiful.

So, back to our topic of today's exploration: the cocreation wound.

...

After writing all of this, I am not even sure why I called this post this way. It's not at all what I had in mind when I opened a white page in front of me earlier trying to process a weird emotion in my system.

I feel like what has emerged from it is probably enough for now, even if this topic will probably remain alive in my contemplation space for a little longer.

I have so much to share about everything I think about, I dream, I feel, I understand, and I integrated on this probably the most omnipresent and magical processes ever, cocreation.
