Who am I? What I do?
Why SYSTEM CREATION?
Hello,
my name is Kateryna.

I am a writer,
a systemic strategist,
and a multidimensional co-creator.

My purpose is to co-create a systemic innovation process that is regenerative, coherent and meaningful for us and our future.

Holistically. With Pleasure. Together.
I love awareness-based innovation, applied creativity and business engineering.

I am also deeply passionate by all kinds of systems and I believe our shared wisdom has already access to all the resources we need to create a world we collectively desire.

My current personal objective is to ensure that we are properly equipped and supported to address the collective traumas related to creation, power, and mental health at the systemic level in our businesses and local communities.

We need visions, strategies and business networks that can adequately support and guide us in co-creating a collective system that makes more sense to all of us.

My favorite tools to achieve these objectives are
business intelligence, creativity, and innovation.

I serve my community best through knowledge transfer, collective wisdom building, trauma-informed facilitation, and various co-creation initiatives.
These efforts may take various forms, including
projects, conferences, workshops, or one-on-one sessions.

I am sector and industry agnostic. I embrace collaboration, multidisciplinary approaches,
open innovation networks, and systemic strategies for holistic and coherent collective visions.

I am dedicated to playing a role in the joyful, deep, and systemic transformation of our shared reality. I aim to approach this journey with
consciousness, love, power, and a commitment to true co-creation with all of us together.

This dedication has led me to create SYSTEM CREATION.
Our Business philosophy
We are completely self-managed network of co-creators.
No boss, no budget, no long-term strategy. We like simple, clear and efficient.

We are geeks of the wholeness, authenticity and transparency. We want our partners, collaborators and clients be exactly as they are, real and true.

Our evolutionary purpose is about the entire global community, about our collective system and its coherent efficiency. Yes, we will help and support our 'competitors' just because.

Because, this is what make sense for a long run for all of us.
We all have the same vision of a desirable future and we are committed to co-create it.

Yes, we will help some communities and projects for free and yes, we will charge a lot for others. How this is defined or decided is truly situational and based on many different factors.

Constant evolution, systemic coherence and conscious experience are our main guiding principles.
"I am not the problem; our 'system' is."

We are all both the 'system' and the problem.
Creating sustainable change requires collective effort.
We must learn to collaborate efficiently within network-like systems.
Be part of our community.
We don't send emails often, but when we do,
we make sure they are worth receiving.
In coherence with who you are
and what makes sense to us.
